Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer.

Once your order is packed and ready to go, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Costs & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.
Domestic (Australia):
Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
Express Shipping: 1-3 business days

Please note: Unexpected delays may occur due to carrier disruptions, holidays, or severe weather conditions.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order via the carrier’s website.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please:

Bounsi Skin is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as ‘delivered’ by the carrier.

If the package has already shipped, additional redelivery fees may apply.
